How long has your business/organization been around?
Pillars Community Health has been serving the community for over a century. We were founded in 1921 and have continuously evolved to meet the changing needs of our community through compassionate, whole-person care.
What are your key products/services?
We envision communities where all people have equal access to the care they need when they need it. To that end, we are committed to eliminating barriers to care, such as language, income, or stigma. Some services are free of charge; others are offered on a sliding fee scale (meaning the amount you pay depends on your ability to pay).
Our key services include:
Comprehensive community healthcare services, including medical, dental, and behavioral health care.
Support for individuals and families who have experienced domestic violence and sexual assault.
Counseling and mental health services for individuals of all ages.
Community education and outreach programs to raise awareness about health and social issues.
Supportive housing and shelter services for those experiencing domestic violence.
How do you hope the Chamber will help your business/organization grow?
We believe that partnering with the Chamber of Commerce will help us expand our reach and impact within the community. By collaborating with other local businesses and organizations, we hope to:
Raise awareness about our services and programs, ensuring that more individuals and families in need can access our support.
Establish valuable connections and partnerships with businesses and community leaders to enhance our service delivery and community outreach.
Stay informed about local economic developments and opportunities to serve our community better.
Contribute to the economic growth and well-being of the community by providing essential health and social services.
Outside of your business, how do you enjoy spending your time?
Our team at Pillars Community Health is deeply committed to the well-being of our community, and many of our staff members are actively involved in various community activities and volunteer work. We enjoy spending our free time contributing to local initiatives, participating in community events, and supporting causes that align with our mission. Additionally, we value spending time with our families and engaging in personal interests that help us recharge and and engaging in personal interests that help us recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
